Missions

Based in our Luxembourg office, you will support the management company’s activities by ensuring the legal monitoring of Luxembourg entities and contributing to the structuring, corporate life, and operations of investment funds.

Draft all types of corporate documentation related to the life cycle of companies (e.g. structuring, dissolution, approval of annual accounts, amendments to articles of association, share transfers, capital increases and decreases, etc.);
Prepare and follow up on legal formalities with notaries, the trade and companies register, the register of beneficial owners, and other relevant authorities;
Establish and monitor the legal timeline and key deadlines of various Luxembourg entities;
Participate in the creation and ongoing legal management of investment funds managed by the management company across its various business units (real estate, private debt, private equity, and capital markets);
Contribute to transactions and investments involving investment funds.

Profile

Minimum Master’s Degree in Legal Education and Business School
An experience of at least 1 year as a fund lawyer, corporate lawyer or equivalent in Luxembourg
Good knowledge in Luxembourg corporate law
Accounting and tax knowledge would be appreciated
