Linklaters advises clients across the globe on their most complex and important transactions. Our global reach enables us to deliver integrated advice across multiple legal regimes and market practices. Innovation lies at the core of the firm’s purpose to deliver legal certainty in a changing world.
The Belgian office of Linklaters is seeking an entrepreneurial, dynamic lawyer to be part of the Corporate & Finance practice across a range of initiatives. This position represents a unique opportunity to provide expertise working with talented, engaged and visionary colleagues and stakeholders in Belgium and abroad.
The Corporate & Finance practice is one of the practice areas in which we have really made our name around the world. Our expertise covers everything from advising on takeovers of listed companies to private M&A and major restructurings, handling private equity transactions to co-ordinating joint ventures; facilitating privatisations to overseeing delistings.
Our local experience, combined with our international capability, has led to us achieving results and grabbing headlines that other firms find difficult to match.
We firmly believe that the business in which a law firm operates is a people business. That is the reason why we will provide you with state-of-the-art training on a practice, local and global level both on technical legal and on “soft” skills (e.g. presentation skills and business development skills).
The firm operates as a meritocracy and, therefore, selection for recruitment is on merit, irrespective of gender, race or ethnicity, age, religion, sex, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity or disability.
